CNC machining analysis
Drop a drawing. Get the machining plan.
VORYXA reads the 2D drawing of a CNC part and tells you how to make it: which machine, how many setups, every operation in order, machining time per setup — and what to watch out for.
No card needed · Your drawing is never stored
- Recommended machine
- 5-axis machining center
- Setups

- Machining time
- 7.6 min / pc
Alternatives: 4-axis center — 2 setups · machining +6 % · setup +37 %

Your drawing is read, then gone.
Never stored
The drawing exists only while it is being read — not on our servers, not on disk, not in logs.
Only the result is kept
The analysis is saved to your account so you can come back to it. Delete it at any time.
Read through Anthropic's API
The AI that reads the drawing runs on Anthropic's API. Under its commercial terms, API data is not used to train models.
How it works
Three steps, a few minutes
- 01
Upload the drawing
A PDF — scanned or exported from CAD — with one or more sheets. Add the casting, forging or weldment drawing, or just the machining allowance.
- 02
The AI plans it like a technologist
Machine class, setups and workholding, every operation in order with the geometry read off the drawing. Castings, forgings and weldments are recognised as such.
- 03
The engine puts a time on it
Minutes come from cutting data and formulas, not from a guess: the same plan always gives the same time. Alternative machines are timed on the same operations.
Example
What you get
Illustrative result for a cast aluminium housing, 2,000 pcs.
- Recommended machine
- 5-axis machining center
- Setups
- 1
- Machining time
- 7.6 min / pc
- Setup time
- 51 min, one-off
Operations (excerpt)
- Face milling, datum A
- Boring Ø40 H7 with a step tool
- Drilling and tapping 4 × M6
- Deburring of the cast channel intersections
Alternatives
- 4-axis center — 2 setups · machining +6 % · setup +37 %
- 3-axis center — 3 setups · machining +14 % · setup +115 %
Watch out
- Coaxiality Ø0.05 between the two bores — keep both in one clamping
- Thin wall at the M6 bosses — reduce clamping force
Why the times hold up
The AI never guesses the minutes
The AI does what takes judgement: reading the drawing and planning the process. The time is calculated from cutting data and the geometry of each operation — reproducible, explainable operation by operation, and calibratable to a shop's real times.
Times are orientational, for a generic machine of the class. They are not a quote.

Questions
Which drawings can I upload?
PDF drawings — scans or CAD exports — with one or more sheets, in English, German, Slovak or Czech.
Which machining does it cover?
CNC turning, milling and mill-turn. Castings, forgings and weldments are handled as the blank; welding, heat treatment and coating are listed as external operations.
How accurate are the times?
They are orientational, for a generic machine of the recommended class. The breakdown shows every operation, so you can see where the minutes come from.
Is my drawing stored?
No. It is read and discarded. Only the analysis result is saved to your account, and you can delete it.
What does an analysis cost?
100 points. Your first 3 analyses are free; if a drawing cannot be read, the points are returned.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Payment is by card through Stripe, and the invoice includes your company details and VAT ID.
