Your drawings

Drawings you upload are never stored. They are held in memory only while the analysis runs and are discarded when it ends — they are not written to a database, to disk or to logs.

To read a drawing, it is sent to our AI provider Anthropic, PBC (USA) through its API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models; Anthropic may keep it for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring under its own policy.

What we store

Account: your e-mail address and preferred language, and the session data needed to keep you signed in.

Analyses: the result of each analysis (what was read from the drawing, the process plan and the times), until you delete it or your account.

Points and purchases: every change of your points balance; for purchases, the billing details you enter at checkout (name, address, VAT ID) and the payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Usage records without content: when an analysis ran, how long it took and what it cost us — used to price the service and find faults.

Why (legal bases)

To provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to keep accounting records, including invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); to secure the service, prevent abuse and improve it (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database and sign-in, EU region Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting, EU region Frankfurt), Anthropic (reading drawings), Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (sending sign-in e-mails). Transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Account data and analyses: until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as Slovak accounting law requires. Usage records: up to 24 months.

Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to hello@voryxa.ai. You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
