The service

VORYXA analyses 2D drawings of CNC machined parts and returns a recommended machine class, setups, operations, machining and setup times and manufacturing watch-outs.

Results are orientational estimates for a generic machine of the recommended class. They are not a quote, not an engineering approval and not a guarantee of manufacturability. You remain responsible for checking them before relying on them.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; activity in your account is treated as yours.

Points

A new account receives 300 points once, which is enough for 3 analyses. One analysis costs 100 points.

Points are deducted when an analysis starts and returned automatically if it fails or the drawing cannot be read.

Further points are sold in packs at the prices shown on the website, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Points do not expire, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.

By buying points you ask for them to be credited immediately. A consumer's right of withdrawal from a contract for digital content can end once delivery has started with their consent; where it still applies, unused points will be refunded on request.

Drawings you upload

Upload only drawings you are entitled to have processed — for example where your NDA permits processing by service providers. Drawings are used only to produce your analysis and are not stored (see the Privacy policy).

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the estimates, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Availability and changes

We may change or interrupt the service, for example for maintenance. We will announce changes to these terms on this page in advance; continued use after they take effect means acceptance.

Ending the account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time at hello@voryxa.ai. We may close accounts that abuse the service, for example by repeatedly creating accounts to obtain free points.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) or to an alternative dispute resolution body.
